My name is Anna Shah and I’ve spent over 20 years working as an attorney serving individuals and families across Dutchess County and New York State. In my current role, I handle some of the most serious and sensitive legal matters affecting individuals in our community, cases that often involve a person’s constitutional rights, due process, and liberty interests.

These are deeply human situations where the stakes are high: personal freedom, medical care and the right to make decisions about one’s own care, wishes and beliefs. I’m committed to protecting those rights and ensuring that every person I represent is treated with dignity, fairness, and respect under the law given due process and the rights the constitution affords them. I fight for my clients every day, and I’ll bring that same dedication to serving you.
